Mrs. Glenda Sharp Hickerson, of Lobelville passed away Thursday June 8, 2017 at Alive Hospice in Nashville. She was born in Linden to the late Paul Henry Sharp and Norma Elizabeth Bell Sharp. She was retired, had worked at Washington Manufacturing, Bates, Red Kap, Reliable and ran the Snack Shop at the Buffalo River Country Club. She loved fishing, helping with the farming, her grandchildren and her dog Bella. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by a son Kennith Arnold, step-son Scooter Loveless, step-grandson Ryan Loveless, sister Maxine Ewing and brother F.P. Sharp. Survivors include her husband Benton Hickerson, daughter Stephanie (Billy) Barnes, son Brian (Susan) Loveless, step-children Jan Loveless Ingram, Anita Hickerson (John) Brots and Bill (Karla) Hickerson, grandchildren Morgan, Paige and Mason Loveless, Brooke and Alexis Barnes, step-grandchildren Brittany Loveless, Kristen, Rachel and Alex Brots and Benton Ray Hickerson, step- great-granddaughter Daisy Ryan Loveless, sisters Carolyn (Bobby) Purcell and Pauline (Buddy) Bates, brother Nelson (Joyce) Sharp, sister in laws Betty Sharp and Carolyn Shepard her pets Bella and Smokey and a host of other loving family members and many friends.
