Helen Lamar Ary

Mrs. Helen Lamar Ary, 83, of Linden passed away Tuesday May 22, 2018 at her home. She was born in Linden to the late Johnnie Whitfield Lamar and Eugenia Holt Lamar. She was retired from Linden Elementary School where she taught for 29 years. She was a member of the Warren United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday School for over 50 years. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband Keith Ary. Survivors include her sons Randy (Lynda) Mackin of Linden and Bryan (Niki) Ary of Smyrna, grandchildren Dylan (Bethany) Mackin, Hadley Mackin, Joe (Brittany) Mackin, Caitlin Ary and Joseph Ary, a great-grandson Lee Mackin and a host of other loving family members and many, many friends. Donations may be made to the Warren United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society.
