Dana Garrett

Mr. Dana Richard Garrett, 63, of Parsons, formerly of Linden, passed away Friday May 29, 2026 at Alive Hospice in Nashville. He was born to the late Jessie Linville Garrett and Margie Ann Trull. Dana was a graduate of Perry County High School Class of 1980, where he played Basketball and Baseball. He enjoyed fishing and was a sports fanatic. His favorite teams were the Tennessee Vols, Dallas Cowboys and the Yankees. 

In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by a brother Blaine Avery Garrett.

Survivors include his children Charity (Garrick) Couch, Amber Garrett, Kaci Daniels and Jaxson Garrett, 6 grandchildren, a brother Darryl (Charlotte) Garrett of Decaturville, a sister Melissa (Barney) Miller of Colona, IL, and a host of other family members and many friends.
