David Lee Newsham

Mr. David Lee Newsham, 66, of Linden passed away Tuesday December 7, 2021 at his home. He was born in Decatur, Illinois to the late Robert Newsham and Patsy Bryant Newsham. He was a United States Air Force Veteran. He retired from the Memphis Air Guard with 28 years where he was Crew Chief. He was an amazing mechanic, collector of many things and was very proud to have flown with the Memphis Belle. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by a brother Richard Newsham.

Survivors include his wife Wilhelmina Wright Newsham, step-daughter Hollie Foult of Columbia, grandson William Yahola, sisters Bonnie of Mississippi and Emily of Memphis, a aunt Jackie Savage of Mumford and a host of other loving family members and many friends.
