Ms. Elise Tinin Hensley, 80, of Linden, passed away Monday April 7, 2025 at Maury Regional Hospital. She was born in Perry County to the late S.L. Tinin and Elizabeth Arnold Tinin. She was retired from Johnson Controls/Team Linden but had also worked at Linden Apparel, Plant 2 and last worked in the kitchen at Perry County Nursing Home. Elise was a member of the Central Christian Fellowship in Hohenwald. She enjoyed cooking, bird watching and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband Bobby Joe Hensley, a sister June Long and a brother K.O. Tinin.
Survivors include her children Randy (Robin) Hensley of Linden, Scotty (Susan) Hensley of Hohenwald, Lisa (Jason) Pope of Linden and Michael (Katie) Hensley of Hohenwald, grandchildren Ryan (Heather) Hensley, Raven (Dustin) McCaig, Kaitlyn (Kyle) Williams, Makayla (Tanner) Sanderson, Caleb (Abby) Hensley, Sierra (Jonathan) Kelly, Chesney (Stone) Fincher, Brittany (Nick) Duncan, Brandon (Kayla) Hensley, Madison Hensley, Olivia Hensley and Jaylon Hensley, great-grandchildren Ty, Chloe, Easton and Isabella Hensley, Haidley and Hazyn Maness, Alaila, Penelope and Willow McCaig, Kayclyn, Kannan and Kyson Williams, Aspen and Rexton Sanderson, Rhett and Jase Kelly, Owen and Connor Duncan, Luke and Lilyana Hensley, sisters Ruby (Herbert) Hinson and Eva White both of Linden, a brother Kent (Lynette) Tinin of Linden, a life long friend Shirley Jackson of Hohenwald and a host of other loving family members and many friends.
