Foy Qualls

Mr. Foy Waddell Qualls, 80, of McEwen, formerly of Lobelville, passed away Wednesday June 28, 2023. He was born in Lobelville to the late Edward Garfield Qualls and Mary Flowers Hester Qualls. He was a United States Army Veteran. He was an over the road Truck Driver, having last worked for M.R. Dillard Trucking. Foy enjoyed farming and taking care of his cattle. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by his sisters Vera Gaye Miller and Uva Jean Garner, a brother G.A. Qualls and a son-in-law Phillip Williams.

Survivors include his wife Sharlene Weatherly Qualls, daughters Diane Williams of Linden, Sherry Qualls of Dickson, Melissa Stearns of Washington State and Heather Kelly of Dickson, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, a nephew Dennis Leegan of McEwen, nieces Lisa Gordon of Waverly, Carolyn Shanes of Linden, Annette Miller, Bobbette Miller both of Lobelville, Andrea Jean Goff of Linden and Amy Benson of Lobelville, a special great-nephew Blake Leegan and a host of other loving family members and many friends.
