Frank "Frankie" Parnell, Jr.

Mr. Frank "Frankie" Parnell, Jr., 68, of Linden passed away Monday April 25, 2022 at Perry County Nursing Home. He was born in Perry County to the late Frank Parnell, Sr. and Hessie Talley Parnell. Frankie was a United States Navy Veteran. He was Owner/Operator of Rocking Chair Cycles. He had a fond memory of Mrs. Lona Mae Averett taking his squirrel hunting when he was a young boy. He never forgot about that trip. He loved riding and working on motorcycles and cars. He was part of the Perry County Toy Run for many years. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by a sister Joyce Treadwell.

Survivors include his daughter Andrea Parnell, 3 grandchildren, sisters Janet Parnell of Lobelville, Sandra (Olan) Woodham of Middland City, Alabama, brothers Charles (Delores) Parnell of Ashfrod, Alabama and Randy Parnell of Middland City, Alabama, nieces Stacey (Jamie) Westbrooks, Selena Barnes, a nephew Kevin (Amanda) Treadwell, several great-nieces and nephews and a host of other loving family members and many, many friends.
