James Brewer

Mr. James Brewer, 75, of Linden passed away Friday January 7, 2022 at his home. He was born in Linden to the late Thelma Fairfield Brewer and Sarah Agnes Kimble Brewer. He was a retired sawmill worker having last worked at DePriest Sawmill. He also had preached at several places in the county and surrounding counties. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by sisters Faye Wiggiton, Ann Ray, Flo Stephens and Wilma Tinin, Margaret Brewer and Ella Christen.

Survivors include his wife Brenda Hunt Brewer, sons Martin Brewer and Stacy Brewer both of Linden,and Billy Brewer of Jackson, 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, sisters Frances Edwards of Trenton and Peggy Pickles of Alabama, a brother Barry Brewer of Kenton and a host of other loving family members and many friends.
