Jamie Jones

Mr. Jamie Jones, 49, of Linden passed away Wednesday June 10, 2020 at Perry Community Hospital.

Jamie was born in Linden to the late John Arthur Jones and Faye Moore Jones. He was a Design Engineer at Lincoln Brass Works in Waynesboro. He was a member of the Linden Church of Christ. He was an avid Bowler, loved running, gardening, but most of all his family.

Survivors include his wife Jennifer Garner Jones, children Willa, Fiona and Asa Indiana Jones, a sister Michele Jones of Clarksville, a brother Artie (Wendi) Jones of Linden, mother-in-law and father-law Margaret and Roy Garner, sister-in-law Melanie (Tony) Taynor, brother-in-law Daniel (Stephanie) Garner, several nieces and nephews and a host of other loving family members and many, many friends.

While visiting or attending services for Mr. Jamie Jones, please consider the following guidelines:

* Maintain 6 feet between yourself and the next closest person;
* Refrain from hugs and handshakes;
* When you sneeze or cough, use your elbow to cover your nose and mouth;
* Wash your hands often;
* Avoid touching your face; and
* Minimize time spent in places where people gather.
