Jeff Brake

Mr. Jeff Brake, 53, of Linden, passed away Thursday June 27, 2024 at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital. He was born in Waverly to the late Joe Edward Brake and Helen Stanfield Brake. He was currently employed with Tennessee College Of Applied Technology, teaching over the road truck driving at the Parsons Campus. He had worked driving a tow motor for Johnson Controls/Team Linden, enjoyed driving 18 wheelers, where he had worked driving for Averitt Trucking and also driving for Ferrell Gas Company. He enjoyed porch sitting, turkey hunting, fishing and was a HUGE Roll Tide football fan. He most enjoyed being with his family and granddogs Doug and Daisey.

Survivors include his wife of 25 years Nikki Webster Brake, children Sierra (Jared) Horner, Trevor Brake and Maddie Brake all of Linden, grandchildren Sutherlen and Ramsey Horner, brothers Michael (Erin) Brake of Goodletsville, Tennessee and Joey (Crystal) Brake of Princeton, Kentucky and a host of other loving family members and many friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home for burial expenses.
