John Edward Polan

Mr. John Edward Polan, 57, of Lexington, formerly of Linden passed away Saturday September 11, 2021 at his home. He was born in Linden to the late Eugene Edward Polan and Wilma Sue Barber Polan. John was a self-employed Handyman. He loved old cars, fishing, working on lawn mowers and riding motorcyles. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Donna Hensley Polan.

Survivors include his children Jonathon "Bubba" (Kathy) Polan of Linden, John Thomas (Mindy) Polan of Benton, KY and Lisa (Brandon) McKnight of Benton, KY, step-daughter Melissa Carter of Lexington, step-sons Michael Hensley and Josh Hensley of Lexington, grandchildren Bo, Rex, Alicia, Richard and Brian, 6 great-grandchildren, a sister Mary Ann Polan of Linden and a host of other loving family members and many freinds.

Cremation was chosen and no services are planned at this time.
