Joyce Carol Qualls -Irvine

Mrs. Joyce Carol Qualls-Irvine, 66, of Paris, Tn., formerly of Linden, passed away Saturday August 2, 2025 at Patriot Healthcare in Paris. She was born in Perry County to the late Walter Kirk Qualls and Zula Mealer Qualls. She was a 1977 graduate of Perry County High School, went on to get her Bachelors Degree and came back to work as a Guidance Counselor at Perry County High School. She had last worked as a Documents Specialist for Seminole County Schools in Florida. Joyce loved working at the Sanford, Florida Welcome Center, spending most of her weekends there before moving back to Tennessee. She also loved anything to do with History, cats and collecting antiques.

Survivors include her husband William "Bill" Irvine, Jr., sisters Patricia and Donna Qualls and many friends.
