Mr. Lyle Alexander Richardson, 84, of Linden, passed away Wednesday May 1, 2024 at his home. He was born in Perry County to the late William David Richardson and Ida Broadway Richardson. He graduated from Linden High School class of 1958. Lyle was retired from Perry County Board of Education where he had worked for many years as a Janitor with the schools. He married Dixie Lee Burcham in September of 1981.He enjoyed working outside, whether it was mowing, gardening, out walking or working for other people doing whatever needed to be done. He especially enjoyed working with Jerry Ward thru the years and going coon hunting. He enjoyed carrying and teaching young boys about coon hunting. Most of all Lyle loved spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by his wife Dixie Burcham Richardson, a sister Frances Groom, a brother Don Richardson and brother-in-law RT Groom.
Survivors include his children Brandi Richardson, Sherry (Lynn) Qualls, Mitch (Samantha) Tucker and Terry (Leigh Ann) Tucker all of Linden, grandchildren Dagan Gray, Chasy (John) Jacobs, Hunter (Stacey) Tucker, Brittany (Adam) Staggs, Jayce Tucker, Johnathan Tucker and Emma Tucker, great-grandchildren Adlynn Tucker and Case Jacobs, bonus grandchildren Liam, Asa and Ari, and a host of other loving family members and many friends.
