Mr. Mark Horner, 67, of Linden, passed away Monday September 29, 2025. He was born in Perry County to the late Bob Horner and Nella B. Moore Horner. Mark was a graduate of Perry County High School Class of 1975. He was retired from the Perry County Highway Department. He enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, watching his hummingbirds, feeding the fish at the pond and going fishing. He also enjoyed riding to the river. He most loved being with his grandchildren. Mark was just a simple man enjoying the simple things in life.
Survivors include his wife Sharon Tatum Horner, sons Jared (Sierra) Horner and Colby (Alexia) Horner both of Linden, grandchildren Dustin, Sutherlen, Carly, Ramsey and Wilder Horner, Ella and Silas Trull, a sister Nancy (Larry) Warren, a brother David (Divonne) Horner both of Linden, a brother-in-law Sammy (Phyllis) Tatum of Franklin, nieces Casey (Johnny) Davis, Tessa (Wesley) Hedgepath, Leigha (Barton) Coble and Nicole Tatum, nephews Justin (Megan) Horner and Blake (Holly) Warren and a host of other loving family members and many, many friends.
