Mary Beasley Plunkett

Mrs. Mary Beasley Plunkett, 77, of Linden, passed away Saturday August 5, 2023 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. She was born in Linden to the late William Beasley and Ruby Ledbetter Beasley. Mary graduated from Perry County High School Class of 1964. She had last worked at Decaturville Sportswear. She enjoyed watching tv and taking care of her cats.

Survivors include her husband of 25 years Junior Plunkett, a daughter Anita (James) Barnes of Darden, grandchildren Holly (Lawrence) Shafer and Christopher Frizzell, great-grandchildren Ivan Shafer, Josiah Shafer and Alexandria Frizzell, a sister Reba Barber of Linden and a host of other loving family members and many friends.
