Robbin Smith Jones

Ms. Robbin Ellen Smith Jones, 81, of Clifton, passed away Monday April 14, 2025 at her home. She was born in Clifton to the late Robert Smith and Frances Adams Smith Boroughs. Ms. Robbin spent her life devoting it to the Lord. She worked along side her husband, Joe Jake Jones, whom she was married to for 55 years, in the ministry as a Pastor's wife, helping for 53 years with the Southern Baptist Church. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, crocheting. She also enjoyed working with her plants, working in the garden, cooking and watching her humming birds.

In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband Joe Jake Jones, a son Jeffery Jones, and sisters Doris Halford and Terri Smith.

Survivors include her daughter Christy (Jeffrey) Howard of Clifton, grandchildren Joe (Kristin) Boyd, Rachel (Robert) May, Jessia (Ben) Rickabus, Ben (Rachel) Jones, Nick, Hannah and Zachary Jones, 14 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and a host of other loving family members and many friends.
