Sandra Warren Bates

Ms. Sandra Kay Warren Bates, 55, of Linden, passed away Friday April 8, 2022 at her home. She was born in Linden to Robert "Buddy" Warren and Jocie Creasy Warren who survive. She was a member of the Linden First Baptist Church and was a Sunday School teacher for 14 years. She had worked at Houston County Head Start as a Dietician, the Perry County Sheriffs Department and Turney Center. She enjoyed hunting, crafting, cooking and most importantly her son and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Nancy Louise and Leether Warren and Giffey and Logan Creasy.

Survivors in addition to her parents include her son Jimmy (Jessica) Bates of Linden, grandchildren Drake and Ariella Bates, Hannah, Kayla and Carley Garrett, life partner Royce Corbett of Lobelville, a sister Nancy (Greg) Doyle of Linden, nieces and nephew Amanda (Kevin) Treadwell, Zane Doyle and Chelsea Doyle and a host of other loving family members and many friends.
