Ms. Sue Barber Qualls, 84, of Linden passed away Tuesday March 2, 2021 at Perry County Nursing Home. She was born in Perry County to the late William "Bill" Barber and Lena Eva Barber. She was a Homemaker and had worked at Angelica Corporation. She was a member of the Brush Creek Church of Christ. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband Jack Qualls, grandsons Chason Himes and Cory Brown and a sister Christeen Westbrook.
Survivors include her daughters Maxine Qualls, Betty (Ed) Brown and Elaine (Bill) Crigger all of Linden, grandchildren Travis Himes, Nicholas Brown, Cassie Wright, Scotty Wright, R.J. Parnell, Hobie Parnell, Shelly Mercer, Kayla Hardison and Wesley Crigger, 18 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren and a host of other loving family members and many friends.
While visiting or attending services for Ms. Sue Qualls, please consider the following guidelines:
* Masks are optional.
* Maintain 6 feet between yourself and the next closest person;
* Refrain from hugs and handshakes;
* When you sneeze or cough, use your elbow to cover your nose and mouth;
* Wash your hands often;
* Avoid touching your face; and
* Minimize time spent in places where people gather.
