Mr. Wallace Odle Pevahouse, 79, of Clifton, passed away Friday June 30, 2023 at Perry County Nursing Home. He was born in Clifton to the late Clyde Odle Pevahouse and Lossie Thompson Pevahouse. He was a United States Army Veteran and a member of the Linden Vietnam Veterans Association. He was a graduate of Frank Hughes High School in Clifton. Wallace was a member of the Mt. Auburn United Methodist Church, where he was song leader and the Treasurer. He had also lead singing at Cedar Valley United Methodist Church and had last worked as an Inspector for Johnson Controls/Fisher & Co. He enjoyed traveling, woodworking, music and just being on the farm tending to his cows. He especially enjoyed his grandsons and did just about anything they wanted him to do.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years Kathy Bunch Pevahouse, a daughter Breana (Billy) Webster of Linden, grandsons Alex Webster and Wesley (Kaelie) Webster both of LInden, a great-granddaughter Opal Renee Webster, a sister Wanda (Tony) Gray of Savannah, a brother Austin (Joyce) Pevahouse of Clifton, sister-in-law Joyce Phillips, niece Misty (Adam) Carlock, two nephews Phillip and Terry Gray, a great-niece Paisley Ward and a host of other loving family members and many friends.
