William Ward

Mr. William Allen Ward, 89, of Linden passed away Tuesday December 6, 2022 at Maury Regional Medical Center. He was born in Linden to the late William Lowery Ward and Velma Allen Ward.  William was a United States Air Force Veteran and a member of the Linden United Pentecostal Church  He was retired from the Perry County Board of Education where he worked as a School Bus Driver for over 30 years. He enjoyed gardening, hunting and working on old cars.

In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by an infant daughter Lori Ward and a brother William Lowery.

Survivors include his wife Dora Brasher Ward, a daughter Gina (Barry) Clevenger of Cullman, AL, granddaughters Anna (Isaac Allen) Clevenger and Emily Clevenger both of Cullman and a host of other loving family members and many friends.
